» How to apply for any of these positions 1) Ski Technicians (November to April)We are looking for experienced Ski Technicians to work in a high volume service shop. We need to perform daily detailed Rental/Demo ski maintenance and Overnight Customer service work. The machinery we use is from Wintersteiger and familiarity with the machines is desired. The technician must be able to not only work in the service shop but be able to schedule and perform machine maintenance including weekly schedule of cleaning of the pumps and filters, cleaning and maintenance on the P tex welders, ceramic disk edger and wax machine. Responsibilities include inventory of and ordering of supplies and shop parts. The tech must also be able to assist with and perform rental operations, binding maintenance, and release checks and testing. We work with Local, Provincial, National and International clients as part of a destination resort. We work in a team atmosphere and are looking for someone who both loves to ski/snowboard and appreciates providing good ski/board equipment to our clients. The Job is mostly afternoon shifts and has a great benefit package. If your skill set includes Bike Tech then we have a year round position as the service shop converts to Bike Service during the summer season. Please contact us with resume. Job Starts in November and runs to the end of April. 2) Bike Technicians (May to October)We are looking for an experienced Bike Technician to work in a high volume service shop. Knowledge of both Mountain and Road bike service is a must. We need to perform regular maintenance on the rental bikes as well as service our clients for Bike maintenance. Responsibilities include inventory and ordering of shop supplies. The ability to work on shocks (rebuilds and maintenance) is a must along with the other duties needed in a service shop. We work with Local, Provincial, National and International clients as part of a destination resort. We work in a team atmosphere and are looking for someone who both loves to Ride and appreciates providing good bikes to our clients. Our motto is “Friends Don’t Let Friends Ride Junk” so if you can work with us to be “Friend “ to our clients we have a position for you. The Job is mostly day shifts and has a great benefit package. If your skill set includes Ski Tech then we have a year round position when we convert the shop back to Ski season. Please contact us with resume. Job Starts in April and runs to the end of September. 3) Rental and Sales Assistants (November to April)We are looking for people who love to ski/board and want to work in the mountains as part of our shop and team here. If you ski/board you will have the knowledge to understand the value and use of great accessories and skis. On job training is provided as well. Responsibilities include Sales, Rental assistants and processing, Inventory and clerical work. Comfort with and ability to work on Windows based Sales System is necessary. We work with Local, Provincial, National and International clients as part of a destination resort. Job starts in November and runs to end of April. 4) Ski and Bike Technician (Year Round Full Time Position)We are looking for someone who can fill both Job Descriptions #1 and #2 (Ski and Bike Tech). This is a year round position with great benefits working in a dedicated Pro Shop with tight knit team of Professional Ski Bums and Bike Heads.
