Welcome to the Reservation Staff Handbook area, or Ski FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions). From here, you can find valuable information to help guide you through the reservation process. This process is broken down into the following categories:

Ski Designations Notes:

Standard Skis: (Green Circle and some Blue Square coded ski runs )

These skis are specifically designed for the introductory skier to get you used to “shaped” skis and accelerate your learning while immediately delivering the Fun and Enjoyment of skiing. Special widths and flex makes these skis easy to use. From a novice Green Run skier to the Intermediate Blue Run skier who prefers slower speeds, these skis add to your day.

Deluxe Skis: (Blue Square and Black Diamond coded ski runs)

These skis are selected for the Intermediate skier with sound skills who likes to explore different runs and speeds. Targeted for the skier with sound basic skills and wishing to improve their performance, including higher speeds or more challenging terrain. These skis assist the skier in their progression and the design, flex and shape help you to progress. The expert skier, who prefers a more relaxed pace and less aggressive day as well, can also use them very happily.

Deluxe Snowboards:

These are for the Introductory and Basic skilled boarder looking for the thrill of riding and learning to negotiate the runs or park and variety of moves. No premium is placed on Big Air or Switch riding.

Premium Skis: (Blue Square and Black and Double Black Diamond coded ski runs)

These skis are selected for the skilled skier who likes a variety of terrain, speeds and conditions and the flex and shape of the skis lend these skis to a more aggressive days skiing. Higher speeds, challenging runs and different snow are desired to stretch the experience and refine your skills.
