RESERVATION POLICY

During the Holiday Periods of:

Dec 22, 2006 - Jan 7, 2007: NO RESERVATION OF LESS THAN 3 DAYS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND NO CANCELLATION
Apr 6, 2007 - Apr 15, 2007: NO RESERVATION OF LESS THAN 3 DAYS WILL BE ACCEPTED
NOTE: All rental contracts are for consecutive days only!
  • All reservations are processed in order of arrival.

  • All reservations will be confirmed in 48 hours to the return e-mail address.

  • All reservations MUST be guaranteed by a credit card number.

  • All reservations that are not cancelled will be charged for the FULL reservation as of 8:30 AM for skis & snowboards, as of 9:00 AM for Bikes, on the first day the reservation is to start.

  • All reservations will be held until 10:00 AM of the 1st day of the reservation. Unless we receive notice of later pick up, after 10:00 AM the reservation will be released on a first come first serve basis for rental and the charges will still apply for no cancellation.

  • Any changes to the reservation after confirmation has been issued will be subject to availability.

  • All rental gear leaving the store MUST be guaranteed by a signed credit card form on the rental contract at the time of rental OR a Valid Passport (international visitors) OR $400.00 and a Valid Drivers License with picture (domestic visitors).

  • All reservations MUST be paid for before the gear can leave the store. Payment is processed at time of pick up.

RENTAL POLICIES

SKIS & SNOWBOARDS BIKES
  1. All rentals are for consecutive days.

  2. No Rental Refunds after 8:30 AM.

  3. No rental will be released until paid in full.

  4. All rentals must be secured by a signed credit card for security and damage. ( Passport ( international visitors) and Drivers License plus $400.00/pair of skis (Domestic visitors) can be used for security BUT Credit Card is required for damage deposit.

  5. Customer accepts full responsibility for the care of the equipment while in their possession.

  6. Customer agrees to return the equipment in clean , NOT DAMAGED condition to avoid any ADDITIONAL charges for repair , maintenance or replacement. CLEAN condition means normal wear and tear is accepted but does not include and is not limited to - broken edges, broken sidewalls, core gouges, bends or delaminations due to negligence in use, storage or transportation.

  1. All bikes can be fitted with a seat or handlebar Bag that contains a cable and lock. (patch kits and tire irons are available on request.) A water bottle carrier is attached to each bike (adult) For sanitary reasons, No bottle or water is provided.

  2. Helmets are provided as part of the rental contract.

  3. Route maps are provided as part of the rental contract.

  4. Touring bikes have pannier racks installed. Panniers can be rented at an extra charge.

  5. The bikes are maintained on a daily basis. It is the responsibility of the client to check the bike at the store BEFORE setting out on any ride.

  6. Toe clips can be provided , at no extra charge. Clipless SPD compatible pedals can be provided at no extra charge. (it is recommended for avid cyclists to bring their shoes and pedals).

  7. Notice of Cancellation must be given by 9:00 AM. No reservations will be refunded after that time. All reservations are for consecutive days use only. No reservations for portions of a day are permitted.

  8. Customer agrees to return the bike in clean, UNDAMAGED condition to avoid any ADDITIONAL charges for repair, maintenance or replacement. Clean condition means normal wear and tear is accepted but does not include broken spokes, rims, derailleurs or other parts from misuse and/or crashes.

Note: All bikes should be returned clean of mud and debris. A washing area is provided at the rear of the store. Any bike not returned clean will be assessed a 1 hour additional fee.
